I'm not finding the workmanship of the interior trim, doors, etc to be very good, I have doors that barely touch the center stop strip, stucco walls with several hairline cracks in them, still waiting on what the “warranty” will do or if I have to get a lawyer?During the last phase with 12 houses left to sell the county sited them for drainage problems so they tore up our backyards to slope the terrain better leaving homeowners irrigation either damaged or completely tore out, they went ahead and had new sod laid without fixing the irrigation, I'm thinking most of these 5star reviews only replying with a few words are done by non homeowners that work for the internet co hosting KB's internet site....buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE... WAS LIED TO FROM DAY 1. YOU'RE BUYING THE HOME, BUT YOU HAVE NO DECISION MAKING AT ALL.... FOR EXAMPLE YOU CANT EVEN TELL THEM WHERE YOU WANT HOSE SPICKETS. THEIR MODELS COME WITH LAMINET COUNTERTOPS... ITS 2018... KB. MIGHT WANT TO CHECK WHAT YOUR COMPETITION HAS FOR BASE MODELS. THEIR PRICES ON APLLIANCES AND FIXTURE UPGRADES ARE HUNDREDS ABOVE LIST PRICE. OUR SALESPERSON WAS DARRIN FEDORCHAK. IF YOU DEAL WITH HIM MAKE SURE EVERYTHING HE TELLS YOU IS IN WRITING.
