I wish I could give them zero stars. Do not buy a house with KB. They are only going to waste your time. I've wasted 7 months working with them and still wasting time waiting to get my earnest money back. They took almost 4 months to let us know we were not approved while we're designing our home. Why did they let us design our home if we weren't fully approved. Also they have POOR COMMUNICATION. We just wanted to buy a home and have to start over since they have yet to give us our own earnest money back and it's been almost 2 months since they we were told we would be receiving it. Yet, whenever we applied our own Ernest money was withdrawn within seconds but they can't refund us our money to at least try to find another home. I had a horrific experience with KB homes. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from these scammers AKA KB homes as I'm still traumatized. I applied with their lender and I put a deposit to start the building process. FYI, they will show you a decent looking model but once you put in a deposit and you start the studio process of choosing designs, they have nothing that looks like the model. Either you get the outdated cheap and tacky stuff or you pay a high prices for some BS that's not even luxury. I was approved for 20% down. 6 month later or should I say 3 weeks before closing I was told that the loan officer resigned and that I'm approved with 30% down or 20% down and paying off my 30k car. I have the opportunity as a Realtor to do open house at the KB Breckenridge Community and Flagstone Community, it has been a pleasure to work with Tanika James and the other sales representatives on the property. They have been to assist me with my client that has also fallen in love with Tanika.
