I don’t know where to even start with Kathy…we would have been completely lost without her. She is so knowledgeable about the laws but beyond that, she is so kind and compassionate with her clients. She knows that buying/selling a house is an emotional experience and she goes above and beyond to be a positive support system. She was the biggest cheerleader for our family.

Our experience as a first time home-buyer was as smooth-sailing as it can get thanks to the very lovely and accommodating Kathy Gray. Right at the start she was was professional and efficient, guiding us every step of the way, being so kind about all our concerns. But what I appreciate most about her was how she was always available for us, and how she was so considerate about our crazy work shift hours. Ms. Kathy did not only guide us into the ins and outs of property buying but also cared for us. All though the market was tough, our entire experience has been pleasant thanks to her. 100/10 recommend!

Kathy was extremely helpful during the entire process of me purchasing my first home. Despite me being deployed she communicated with me consistently and always answered my questions and concerns throughly and promptly. As a first time buyer - me and wife never felt that we were being forced to do anything. Ms Kathy was very patient and was very accommodating for us who work nights - coming out to view a house first thing in the morning or late after five one time. She worked with us through the whole process and we never felt overwhelmed. She also gave us solid pointers to win a seller since it is a seller's market at the moment and we won the bidding with informed decision making. In the end, I thought we were able to get our dream house. She made sure to give us the selections that suited our needs and wants.
