Karen was amazing to work with in buying our first vacation home on 30a. She is smart, competent, no-nonsense and really looked out for our best interest as buyers. She never tried to push us out of budget or push us into a home that was not the right one. She knows the area and the market drivers very well. And she was great at balancing the sometimes conflicting ideas between husband and wife. Karen was so helpful with managing due diligence from out of state and very responsive on all inquiries and tasks. Karen has incredible knowledge of land and home values along the 30A corridor. She help us realize a record sale value/SF for our home in Alys Beach this past summer ! She also helped us explore potential building sites along the western end of 30A and eventually, locate a beautiful lot with unobstructed views of Draper Lake and the Gulf of Mexico where we are currently beginning construction on our new home.
