What a mess of a business! No call backs. No accountability. No return emails. I’m a new owner in one of their managed facilities . I pay monthly fees with large portions going to custodial, maintenance, and grounds management. Our place is a dump. We receive none of the services that our money is supposed to cover . No recourse. No answers. A disaster .

Our Property Manager, Kalie Gardner, is professional, diligent, and attentive. She juggles all of our requests efficiently and responds promptly no matter how challenging. We've experienced 3 Property Managers at the Enclave at Rosemont Ridge Condominiums and the team at Karecondo are head and shoulders above the rest.

I had to leave work after receiving a call from my neighbor informing me that my car window was shattered. I have been harassed by racist neighbors who are board members of the condominium association, that has Trump stickers all over his car. Everytime I contact Karecondo they screen my calls and do nothing.

If your thinking about purchasing a condo that is managed by KareCondo you may want to reconsider. In July of 2017 I purchased a condominium at Independence Place West for rental income . I currently have a tenant in this condominium being harassed by this management company regarding his work van and a complaint about my heat pump which I had checked out and verified that is working and running as it should be. I responded to the complaint regarding the work van stating that it will not fit in his garage and yet they continue to harass him leaving warning notes on his van which I attached with my review and on top of it doesn't look very professional by blacking out important information and hand writing your own rules in there. These people are a joke. After not receiving our monthly HOA bills they then tried to charge us late fee’s. I can’t pay a bill I don’t receive and these others reviews speak for themselves as far as how the communication goes. I was told those would be “waived” out of “courtesy” but they continue to show up and increase on our bill. We pay $110 a month and the annual budget is a comedy show. We have not seen one drop of salt this winter and we continue to perform our own snow removal. Which is fine but why are we then paying for it? One year the landscaping company they hired ran into the side of our townhome with their tractor. We had to pay for the repair! This management company is worthless and this HOA seems like a huge scam. I’ll be looking for ways to rid our community of this nonse
