Renter beware!! The property management and new owners have no clue what they're doing. They won't fix things and when you bother them to try and get things fixed, you end up evicted and taken to court only to have to pay thousands of dollars more. Just run, run fast and don't look back. They're a nightmare. And keep your doors locked when the owner is on site because he's a creep and prays in young girls. RUN. Stay away from their other property as well Hale Lakolo!!

If the landlord is creepy I don't care- I'm too old and ugly to be a creep magnet anymore. I heard they changed management and did some other upgrades, but that the rent skyro keyed right along with it, just like everywhere else in town...
