Vanessa, Mike, Tahlia, and Lyric are a fantastic team and deliver world-class customer service to their residents. Anything that arises is taken care of promptly. The facilities are stunning, like the library—and watching the sunset over the Rockies from the rooftop terrace. Looking forward to enjoying the pool and other amenities when they are completed, although I will miss the complimentary membership to the Parker Rec and Fieldhouse they give you in the meantime. Awesome place to live and the envy of my friends. Everyone who lives here is very friendly :)

Super nice apartments, great utilities and amenities. However, the maintenance team is a big unresponsive, and they gave all the parking spots against the apartment to....the public? And not the residents? Pretty inconvenient and they never let us know about doing that beforehand. Management team is great however! Great location and safe

The place is awesome, we feel at home. Vanessa as a Community Manager is very knowledgeable, patience in answering any question you ask. Always with a smile that makes a person feel comfortable. She is s very nice person. I would rate her from 1 to 10 is 10. Everybody in the leasing office are very nice people & patience in answering any questions. This is also what makes as a tenants confy. I just hope everyone as a tenants will keep the building neat & clean.

Lyric Cordova was amazing. She helped us with all of our many questions. Nice NEW units and the snacks were GREAT.

Great property that just opened up! Vanessa is extremely good at what she does and has a great team behind her. Parker is a booming town and this property is going to be very popular!
