Julian is excellent to work with, he has great communication, honest, and very helpful! He helped us buy our first home, and now on the search for our next home. He really makes the process smooth and is transparent and knowledgeable. I trust his insights and really rely on him to get the best deal and to be sure homes are in good condition. Julian and Nella are wonderful realtors but more than that, wonderful people. They truly care about their clients. They are helpful, available, honest and indulgent. :-) My husband and I have used them twice over the last 9 years to both buy and sell our homes and they were with us every step of the way. They also helped our son find his home. Their sales advice was so great, that we sold our first house in 7 days and our second house the day it listed! They keep in touch after the sale as well and continue to make sure everything is as it should be. I wouldn't consider using another realtor.
