After going through all of the online rental apps, and getting absolutely no where. No call backs, and charging for anything and everything. After wanting $40 nonrefundable credit report for each applicant before they would even think about showing you the rental property. I finally just went old school. I looked for a local property management that had a face and actual paper applications,and found Judy. Polite, responsive, honest and not trying to squeeze every penny out of you. My brother and I have only been in our place for 3 months, but we love it Judy. God forbid that I have to move again before I leave this planet, I'll be doing business with Miss Judy again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Judy and Jennifer are so rude. They don't get back to you if you request documents. I had to call multiple times on different occasions to get simple forms sent to me. Don't use this properly management. They are terrible!!!

Judy has been in Havasu since the beginning and knows her way around town and has a long-standing place in the community. She really listened to my home needs and found me just what I needed with no hassle. So grateful!

service. Have been renters of Judy going on 6 years. She is Not a scum lord and takes care of her responsiblity prompt and efficent.

Did not look at my application for a rental, said it was in spam. Never had any of my emails go to spam. Said they just rented the house one hour ago but they could find me another. I would not trust these people.
