Noreen went above and beyond as a Realtor for us! We live in Southern California and wanted to buy a 2nd home in Lake Havasu. Our search initially started with 500-600k homes but then my friend wanted to go in on the purchase with us so we increased our search up to 1.5m. Noreen sent us listings, picked us up and drove us around when we came into town and did Facetime on properties we liked. We landed on a house we loved and was able to negotiate the seller down 200k !! Noreen did a lot of leg work for us with handling inspections and repairs once we went into escrow.
