Swanson Cottages

Paul Targosz and the Swanson Cottages gave me the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The cottages are located conveniently downtown yet still quiet, safe, and clean. The property is well maintained and there is 24 hour surveillance in the parking area. The cottages are cozy and well maintained. Paul is hands on to make sure everything is perfect. He is responsive in his communication and is very accommodating. Paul make living the definitely feel like home. I would recommend the Swanson Cottages to anyone that asked and if ever in the need for a rental space I would choose the cottages again.

Leased a one bed, one bath here in the last year, and it was a GREAT experience. Paul is an awesome, communicative, and responsive landlord. He was always available, and if he wasn't he would make sure we knew who to reach out to. He would send updates related to the units and area overall, and made sure the units had what they needed (water softener, water filtration system, setting up the AC units for us, washers/driers, etc). The apartment itself was clean, new and was always super comfortable. Having a washer/drier combo made it easy to get laundry done, and I loved having a dishwasher in the unit. We lived in A103 which is right on the street, so I would recommend not renting on the street-side you're sensitive to street noise - we were absolutely okay with it (we actually were able

I leased the two bedroom unit with another ASU student during our nursing program. Paul has been extremely fair and open minded throughout the entire experience with us being the first tenants for this unit. He prioritized the well being and safety of the tenants and immediately addressed any issues that occurred. The location is very convenient and central in Havasu. It was a very good experience!

My daughter is a nursing student at ASU Lake Havasu and I live on the east coast. Paul is wonderful to work with and made this far away Mom feel that the Cottages was the absolute best decision. The Cottages are within walking distance to ASU. Of course safety was a top priority and Paul installed good security measures for the parking area, mail boxes, and walk ways. Each apartment has assigned parking which was nice because she always knew she had her spot. There are washers and dryers in each unit which made me happy knowing my daughter would not going to a laundromat with the transient/tourist population if Lake Havasu. Landlord was always ready to help if needed, felt very safe and comfortable at this location! I was a nursing student living on my own and he made sure to add cameras to the property to help with keeping us safe! Very kind and gets things done quickly. A quiet affordable housing!
