Judson Mill Lofts and The Jenny & Westervelt at Judson Mill

I first toured Judson Mill Lofts before the new side opened up and then again when the new side was completed. Crystal showed us different floor plans and was very knowledgeable about each design. She was very processional, patient and kind. She took the time to answer all of our questions. I love the location and proximity to downtown Greenville. It is a great property for young professionals and we love the amenities…the coffee bar is a nice touch.

Princess was excellent throughout my entire process. Moving in was super easy thanks to the entire team and everyone has been very responsive with stuff that’s been a question for me so far. I really do love my unit, too!!

Not only do we pay for secure parking, but we also pay extra for storage units — and are still only allowed two cars per lease. Yet, there’s been a white work truck parked at the entrance of Building 3 and the smokestack for over a year without moving. Alongside it are two trailers that have also remained untouched. Now, a POD storage container is taking up the two remaining spaces closest to the entrance. This is absolutely absurd. It clearly shows that towing is not being enforced, and it’s incredibly inconsiderate to long-term residents — especially with the front gate closed due to ongoing construction. Residents who actually use the parking lot for parking should be prioritized. Anyone leaving tow trucks, trailers, PODs, golf carts, or other unmoved vehicles should be required to pa

I don’t know how this place shows 4.1 stars. Please examine closely, as most of those higher ratings come from people who have never lived at Judson Mill Lofts. My partner and I lived here for one year. Communication and building management were inconsistent throughout, and record-keeping was especially poor. We never received our security deposit back, even though our move-out inspection was marked as “great”, and we actually ended up having to pay even more in the end. They followed up months later asking for even more money because they had misapplied our payment to the current residents account instead of ours. Judson has been a great experience, but especially since the new management team has arrived. Jillian, Whitney, and ash (still meeting the others!) and the maintenance staff have been so helpful navigating construction and regular challenges anyone in a loft might experience. They’re so helpful and truly go to bat for you when you ask for resolution regarding issues. So appreciate the staff!
