Trouble landlord never rent from this white racists boy. He doesn't fix nothing tells me I don't tell him bs dude is deaf and kicks anyone out who fights him for safe liveable places. Roaches rats mice spiders bed bugs all in his places he blames everyone for his problems. If you want to be a sucker then he is your slave Master. He be in everyone's business except his houses he owns. I have pics and replaced a whole bunch of things. Caseworker even got after him them he called Liz and complained why you call your caseworker.

Worst landlord I ever rented from. I complained multiple times about mice, bedbugs, and roaches. I've reported him to housing authority multiple times because Bob broke many health code violations. Save your money and time by finding a landlord that cares about your concerns.

They had yes roaches,mice I only had in my apartment plus electric problems and my apartment caught on fire they tried to blame it on me me I moved in after Bob sold it

Mice!!!! And when I told the Landlord about it, he suggest it came through my window on the 5th floor. Told the manager she says several people have been complaining of mice. Wouldn't be my first choice for an apartment... Really trifling.

My family lived in 8 properties of his this last time by far the worst roaches bedbugs mice and rats all this is documented with the city who didn't care much until it got to the right one but by then too late....I was severed a eviction not a five notices for getting behind on my water bill slum bum all the way I rather be homeless and cold with my family then to keep getting sick and bit on somebody need to do him how they did Mohammad.....!
