Not once did I feel as if there was poor communication or lack of professionalism. Anytime I felt like I needed more information she was ready available and explained was I need thoroughly. This real estate agent, Josephine San Lucas from Keller Williams Larchmont should really have her license reconsidered and get a serious talking from her team about her manners. She is incredibly rude and hostile. I don’t know why anyone would hire her. I felt so unsafe in her presence and uncomfortable and pushed around. Seriously a 0/10 experience with her. Let this be a warning to others considering working with her. Apparently this is not anything new (read previous reviews) when she was working for Century 21 realtor team, she ghosted multiple clients during closing- yikes. Guess some people never change.. If she is this brazen in public to strangers, I cannot imagine how she handles her professional or personal life. Beware!!!!!
