Jordan Village Apartments

I toured a unit for rent, and I wouldn't choose to live here. The hallways leading up to the apartment units are dirty and littered with garbage. Then inside the apartment there was a lot of dirt and dust along the baseboards, and clumps of dust on top of every doorframe. It's an older unit, which isn’t the problem, but the cleanliness is lacking. They redid the flooring, but it was installed so poorly that there are gaps all along the wall. They had to add extra trim along the baseboards in the living room to try to cover them. Also, there’s no parking for visitors; every spot is numbered.

The apartment I moved into was supposed to have been renovated but it was a terrible job and I should not have moved in with that amount of things that were wrong. I placed 13 work orders and thank god for Josh from maintenance! He was there the next day to start. He handled so many things in the first two days was amazing. He was constantly communicating with me as to where he was with the repairs. He even scheduled a walk through with his boss to show them what was wrong with the renovations. He genuinely cares about the property and the work he does. He took time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. He is the most amazing maintenance man I've ever dealt with. I often see him show up on property to help the on call maintenance guy.

Kudos to the Apartment repairman Josh who has been of great assistance. I moved into a remodel that had several items not performed by the contractor and Josh has been fixing these items as he gets time. His efforts are greatly appreciated and I believe he is a huge asset to the Jordan Village team!

Lived here last year, place was a joke so was the management company. Had roaches and they wouldn’t go away. They sprayed at least 5-6 times over the course of a year, nothing changed. Even the pest control tech said this complex had a ton of repeat orders because they couldn’t fix the issue. The buildings are old and outdated, their latest remodel is a cosmetic update at best. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else, avoid this place.

The apartment I moved into was supposed to have been renovated but it was a shoddy job. Thankfully Josh from maintenance has been great at resolving the issues the renovators left behind. He is skilled and personable.
