It used to be great place! Everyone got along, could use club house for family parties. Then Peak Living bought it. It's on the way downhill fast! Safety is very low on the list, office staff is only here 1 full day and 2 half days each week. Even if rent is due! Maintenance is none right now. Example: the residents spent their own time and money on a beautiful flower bed. We had barbecues all summer long, birthday, Christmas parties in club house. Families had parties in club house. Within the first week of Peak as owners: residents were given 3 weeks to remove the flowers, grills, remove items from our patios and balconies. We do get to use the club house for $100 deposit, but only when the manager is here working! We did get a grill chained to a slab of cement. With no place to put chai

This winter my close family friend called me stressed out because her heater had stopped working. I helped her set things up to get it fixed. Raul showed up promptly at the scheduled appoitment time. He was incredibly knowledgeable about what he was doing and was able to resolve the problem quickly. He was patient with all of her questions and concerns and very kind. The level of professionalism and quality of work was the best she has seen in all the places she has lived. It puts my mind at ease to know she has been taken care of and we are both confident her heater problems are long in the past.

The management sucks, but I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance guy, Raul. He is simply amazing! I haven’t had heat since last Friday (it’s Thursday now), and I informed the property manager that I needed my thermostat looked at on least three occasions, with no response. I also posted the problem I was having on the property website, was told it was in review, and someone would get back to me. To this point, no one has contacted me. I called the maintenance line last night, and Raul called me back. We set up an appointment for this evening since I had purchased a space heater to keep my puppy and I warm, and I could wait until then. Raul, our maintenance man does exceptional work and responds quickly. On 6/18 He came to improve my water flow. Also he has come a couple times to fix my garbage disposal and in record time. He is also very professional, kind and efficient.
