I lived at the Katharine Courts Apartment/ Jordan Realty for 7 years. I loved the location. And I got all my security DEPOSIT back. Management was quick to handle anything that came up. They were friendly and genuine in their dealings with me. They were recommended to me from a prior tenant and I would recommend them to people going forward.

I moved to Wilson, NC from North New Jerseý in 2000. I was a single woman I needed a safe, clean, quiet place to live. I absolutely LOVED living here. I was at the end of the cul-de-sac. I adored having a private fenced in area and 2 parking spots. The rooms are spacious, plenty of closets and room for your own washer dryer in the unit. Mr. Jordan was the kindest landlord. Southern hospitality at its best. As a "Yankee" he was so kind to me. The price was perfect for my budget and neighbors became life long friends.

Some of the BEST people I’ve ever met! Whatever I needed, they were always there. Unforgettable people and such an unforgettable place. Miss it so much there. HIGHLY recommended. You won’t regret it!

Lived here for almost 2 years. Very prompt on repairs.Good environment. Quiet.
