Joni is exceptional. She provided incredibly responsive and well priced services with great personal concern that eased a family burden during a difficult time. Highly recommended.
Joni was awesome to work with. Had an issue on lenders end of home purchase that required a rework of appraisal. Joni rearranged her schedule to meet the need. Had a 2nd issue again with mortgage company making a mistake on a document that required Joni to come back “asap” before we could get house mortgage closed. Joni was professional, flexible and courteous, all at no charge (then the original fee) to us.
Worst ever, overly priced and terrible communication.
