Joiner Crossing Apartments

I lived in Joiner Crossing for two years In two different apartments, and I loved my experience. It was clean, safe, and convenient. My son played outside often and we never had an issue. The property manager was always available and helpful. The maintenance team were quick and efficient. The only reason I left was because I moved to a different city.

I loved living here. My surroundings were calm and quiet with its usual bustle of the day. The communication was superb and I loved how easily accessible everything was to locate within the portal. Kaitlyn Lowe was a phenomenal landlord and made me and my partners experience comfortable and memorable.

The property manager, Kaitlyn, is very on top of things! She was always there to answer my questions in person or via text/phone. The move in/move out process was seamless! And Chad is very timely when it comes to Maitenence requests. The apartments are very clean and have lots of storage (deep cabinets and cupboards)

Please refrain from any disrespectful behavior. It is not advisable to transfer dirty money into the property, as it may incur additional legal expenses. Also she ain’t no answer call at all

I lived here for a year, and I would have stayed longer if I could have! Kaitlyn and everyone at Joiner Crossing have been fantastic and so so helpful! I truly enjoyed my time here, and if I am able to come back, I sure will!
