This rental place is quite literally the worst I have ever dealt with, especially the property manager Rhonda. I’ve lived at my property for over 6 years, never broke any of my lease terms. I’ve been dealing with mildew/mold issues for awhile now. I immediately addressed the issues and sent photos and they hired someone to “fix” the issue. Fast forward to about a month ago, I started noticing more growth but this time it’s growing on the walls of my bedroom. When I reached out to Rhonda again she hits me with a “30 day notice”, not an eviction, a notice (her exact words) and told me to vacate the property no later than September 15th. I get a call today 8/25 asking when I’m paying rent and I stated that I wasn’t paying anything until we take this to court and that I called the health depar

I have had the pleasure of working with Bell Realty since 2006. I have had absolutely zero issues with them. Rhonda, Edith, Molly, Ajay, Alex B, Mimi, ect have been truly wonderful. They have worked with me and I worked with them to make sure my rent was paid each month. As long as you make them aware of issues they will help you. When my mother moved to Goldsboro in 2015, Bell again helped us to find the house we are currently in. Its the best neighborhood and the perfect house for us, i can't thank them enough for that! I only wish that I could give more than 5 stars as they absolutely have earned it! If you need a Realty Company to work with, please contact Bell Realty they are the best!

John Bell Reality has been a great rental agency. The ladies in the office are extremely patient and helpful. I won't lie we had a ton of problems with the house we rented (no fault of the rental company) and for the most part they always sent someone right out and tried to fix the problem. Mark their handyman is awesome and always does a great job. As far as move out goes we made sure the house was well cleaned, the carpets were cleaned, and the lawn was taken care of. If you follow the cleaning check list you will be fine. They gave us our full deposit back without any issues. I would highly recommend this rental company.

I've been renting from John T Bell Realty for about 3 yrs now. I've only had a few minor issues but every time I call, they are very respectful and responsive to the issue. Rhonda, the property manager, is extremely upbeat and helpful. I really enjoy her positive personality. Great place to rent from.

Rating a one star because zero is not an option. Rhonda (Rental manager) is awful. Upon doing our check list , we noted a few things that we assumed would be fixed . (loose electrical outlets in every room, things left from the "cleaning crew" and just a few other things.). After moving in and starting to clean and settle in, we noticed a few things even what appeared to be mold about the stove. Paint cans left behind the hot water heater, a running toilet and quite a bit more things. We contacted the office and a few things were fixed. But the "clean up" we were told we had to do ourself to avoid issues We cleaned it . well we had another issue not sure of what it was but when I contacted the office Rhonda's reply to me was it seems as though you aren't happy if you aren't you can leave
