John helped me with the purchase of my home and a recent refinance as well. I have been through the home buying process before and was not looking forward to the loan process. He made the entire process smooth, easy with no stress. I am glad I got the opportunity to work with John. Every time I need to finance a home, I will work with him. John was my loan officer for my initial mortgage, when I was a first time buyer, and also for my refinance. On both occasions he proved himself to be professional, polite, patient and timely. He walked me through all of the steps that I needed to take, reminded me if I forgot about any, and was notably considerate when I screwed up and got a new credit card during my first application process. He also got me great rates relative to the market. I would recommend him without reservation. I can't imagine any other loan officer doing any better than he did.

John helped me get into my current home. I like numbers. John had no issue providing me sheets for every financial scenario I threw at him. This allowed me to make the best informed decision with my purchase. He is patient, professional, and does not mind answering every question you can throw at him. He even answered questions after settlement. John answers his own phones and is incredibly responsive to text, calls, and email. I went to see John for preapproval, unsure if/what I qualified for and he was able to make crystal clear what I could and could not afford so I could start shopping for a home. After preapproval came a long home shopping process in a difficult market. For over a year, it was a tough process with a lot of iffy properties, "what would the payments be on this house's ", and declined offers. Through it all, John was there behind the scenes working through everything. In this market, when you see the property you think is for you, you need to be ready to rock quickly. .He was always very timely getting me the preapproval I needed for each offer I made.
