I am very impressed with Joanne's ability to overcome hurdles and care on a personal level for her clients. She must be an Olympian to be able to jump over so many unexpected hurdles and roadblocks. Any time there was a problem, whether from a loan application or the property, she fixed it immediately. She went far above and beyond her call of duty for my family and I cannot recommend her more highly! It's hard to describe all of the things she was able to do to help us but, it felt like she was a magician because every time we needed something to happen (we were out of state) *poof* like magic, it would be fixed. My first home became a rental for over 10 yrs when my employer left Corvallis and the drop in employment made homes unsaleable in 1984.
