Read other reviews online as well as here and I believe that it’s an accurate assessment of my experience. I had a few follow up questions after viewing one of their units, which didn’t go answered for several days until I expressed interest in applying. Once they sent that over I submitted a rental application about a week ago and never heard back. I’ve followed up and it’s been complete silence. Looks like they just want to make money off of applications and however else they can and leave you high and dry. Needless to say, won’t be moving here.

I very rarely write negative reviews but I just want to WARN PEOPLE who are thinking of renting with JMK. BEWARE! Lots of broken promises (Josh told us he would fix things that were undone such as paint jobs, baseboards, kitchen hood, replacing AC units just to name a few) He leaves YOU to deal with problems in unit like calling the gas company when there's a gas leak. We paid to move in but was surprised by an unready unit - people were literally working in the unit on move in day (we basically had our whole life in a U-haul truck while we waited for the workers in the unit) this went on for the following 2 months. It was the worse inconvenience because people were in and out especially during this PANDEMIC. We had moments of NO HOT WATER, a complete nightmare. Most recently back logged a
