I wouldn’t recommend Jimmy as he was very lazy when it came to saling a home . He didn’t post the home under foreclosure from the start so we found out after we put a offer we decided to go with it because he said it needed to be closed in 7 days My realtor had to do a lot of his work because he failed to do it we was amonth out from the day he said it needed to be closed .. we almost lost the house from under us due to him not doing his paperwork due to him saying he didn’t know how to do witch is crazy because that’s his job ..we was ready to close but everyday was a new problem with him n his client (we should of walked away then )… when these problem was told to him he stated he didn’t care about this sale that he didn’t need it he was well off in life . Honestly, I wish I never met him and save myself from drama. I worked with Jimmy during the sale of my home as part of a court-ordered process. While the sale was completed after 6 months, there were significant challenges that I feel potential clients should know about. During the process, there were instances of raised voices and unprofessional behavior that added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Communication issues, such as delays in coordinating essential tasks and unclear instructions, also complicated the process. He also has a tendency to not answer calls or emails after the first month. It's been almost 2 years since Jimmy helped me sell my father's home in NE Colorado. Our family has been involved in 3 other house transactions in that same time period and my experience with him was the best of all. As a former contractor, he knows the ins and outs of anything that may need to get fixed before a sale. His office was very attentive to details. I faced unprofessional conduct from the realtor, which created additional challenges. On multiple occasions, he raised his voice at me, adding stress to an already difficult situation. On the day media was scheduled, he arranged for cleaners to arrive late, which delayed the media shoot and caused concern for the drone team as daylight was fading. I had already spent days cleaning to prepare the home, yet this delay and lack of coordination almost interfered with our ability to present the property as planned. Despite these issues, I remained committed and did everything I could to ensure the home was ready.
