JH Berry- Commercial Real Estate

Had left a VM about a commercial property with a Grace Adams. She never called back so I called again and got her. She acted like she new I called but knew nothing about the VM. I told her I was wanting to meet her at and sign a lease on an office building that I saw she had listed. She told me that she was meeting someone else at property tomorrow and did not want to waste time having to go twice and that she would call or email me to meet the next day. I never heard a thing from her. I can see why this company has such low stars when they dont want to even lease a space.

JH Berry isn't the ideal place as I thought it was. No one is in the rent office answers the phone. Most of the apartments need to be upgraded. The mailboxes don't close. Parking is the absolute worse. I will say that maintenance is pretty quick with coming to fix whatever Is needed to be fixed, at least where I stay. I cant speak for other properties. If you love leaving messages and no one returning your phone calls then this is the place for you. Oh yea they quick to call you if you (excuse my Ebonics) paid dat rent!

Sometimes the employees are treating good and sometimes they are treating with fake smile depending on there mood
