J.F. & Associates Inspections

JFA was referred for our home inspection by our realtor Joe Deckreon and we are grateful. JFA was very easy to work with, schedule, and did an outstanding job on the inspection. Immediate return on the investment since they found things that will have to be fixed before we buy that would have cost more than the inspection to repair. Or have been a lot of extra work for me. Highly recommend JFA!

Inspection was comprehensive with friendly and experienced inspectors. They addressed all my concerns about the house we are considering buying and gave us advise on how to handle each condition. Their summary report was very informative and helpful. Pricing was very reasonable.

Clendon did a great job with the home inspection and was very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was checking and why and what steps would need to be taken for repairs.

I've been on a 6+month search for a home in the Appomattox/Charlotte/Campbell county area and J.F. & Assoc. have done a wonderful thorough job each time (3 times!). I used someone else once when it was out of their geographic coverage and they were not as meticulous or as quick as J.F. Highly recommend!
