Jennings Avenue Apartments

Thankfully these properties are under new management, in my time here I’ve had some issues (nothing serious) that old management avoided. But within the time that new management took over it’s been wonderful. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. Unfortunately I am moving for personal reasons, and was looking to get rid of some furniture, I called the office and Kate immediately knew a fellow resident that could use it. It’s refreshing to know that they care about the properties and the tenets. Though I’m moving out, I confident you’ll be in good hands if you move in! S/O to Kate she’s awesome.

Neighbors have lived here for years and have been allowed to refuse roach and bed bug treatments since they’ve moved in. terrible bed bug infestation and roaches everywhere. Have been refused new windows even though mine have mold growing inside on the window sill. Had to start paying for water even though it was never in my lease. Very hard to get in contact with anyone in the office. Please what ever you do please do not move into anything managed by stream management.

I honestly really like living here I love the apartments layout a lot of the neighbors are really nice great to get to know

Since the day we moved in we were never able to get ahold of anyone for anything. Maintenance Just walked into our apartment many times. They marked maintenance requests as fixed but never came to look at it. Mangment sucks!!! Well over a month since we moved out still no deposit back and can’t get ahold of anyone about it.
