Horrible experience, Lived in a unit for 4 years and when handed over, more than a month rent was applied as fine , $400 for each bathtub paint, $300 for counter top replacement, $200 for Roaches cleaning twice, though there is not a single unit which will not have roaches issues as it keeps coming from outside, entire campus has thousand of roaches, while speaking to management generic answer and no concept of normal wear an tear. enclosing few pics for other tenant awareness and take appropriate action.

This place should be closed permanently. It’s infested with hundreds of roaches. They are inside the walls and roof. Same thing with all the mold on bathrooms. After a month you will see them in your bed, the kitchen. Everywhere. In the top of that they charge astronomical amounts for move-out pest controls. Reported to the City of Dallas Department of Code compliance.

⭐ 0 star (Unworthy) Got hit with a 2600 dollar charge after moving out, which is almost two months of rent. No proof, no clear answers from the office, and friends had the same issue. Maintenance was terrible, complaints ignored, but fines kept piling up. 200 dollars for pest service even though it was never done, 900 dollars for a countertop. These are just examples of how unreasonable the charges are. Unfair, exploitative, and not worth the stress. Avoid this place. I forgot to add one more thing. Till now I came 3 times to meet manager to discuss this. Always getting the answer that she was busy. They are just waiting for the due date instead of showing up or helping.

My friends left this apartment recently and the move out charges are around $2600 which os 2 times their rent. No response from Manger and Staff❌❌❌ I just saw the other reviews as well. All were mentioning they also got $2600 as move out charges which is redundant❌ Please be careful before taking lease in these apartments. Also, sometimes you get back water which is lavaratory water back into your apartment. It repeated for 2-3 times for my friends.
