Teresa, Jeff, Janet, Kyle and all the associates consistently provides excellent support and are a true asset to our community. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are evident in the efficient handling of paperwork and resident inquiries. Clear and professional communication is demonstrated through prompt responses and informative updates. I have served with them for more than 20 years and I know how hard they try to please all the people, all the time. Horrible associates. I have a unit in the complex they are managing and there was some Eversource work for which my tenant needed to move the car and I was never notified until this morning. And the account director Theresa is absolutely horrible she forgot to send to me the note ahead of time and she only did today and when I called to get more info she hopped on the call and was extremely rude and stated I had not done what I was asked to do when there is zero emails from her until this morning. She also stated she will charge me since they will have to come out again. All I wanted to do was find out more information and provide me contact details and the interaction was so rude. She also refused for me to speak to anyone else. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this organization.

One of the most frustrating people I’ve ever had to do business with and that’s coming from a public accountant who literally audits people for a living. There is zero professionalism or respect for other people’s time. The owner (Jeff) is NEVER in office to take calls and he says he’s “too busy” or “gets too many emails” to read all of them. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wow. This place went down hill fast after Teresa left. Wow. Stay away.

Stay away from Teresa, I really don’t know how they let her speak with people, she needs to learn to talk with people and listen. She is rude!
