Jeff did it again! We have worked with Jeff in the past to buy our home and then sell it years later. He worked tirelessly to show us many houses when we were looking one summer and then helped us stage and sell it this summer. He’s very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of how a house should be properly maintained and that was very helpful to us as we navigated both buying, selling and renting a house. Jeff is also very helpful with his handyman skills and referrals to get work done around the house. I cannot recommend him enough to buy, sell or rent your next house. I’ve known Jeff Herge for quite some time. For years I’ve used his services as a handyman, and more recently I hired him as my realtor. It was clear from the start that he is honest, hardworking, and trustworthy. In addition, he is very professional. He communicates clearly, sets specific appointment times, and texts or calls if there will be a delay. Jeff was a tremendous help to me during my recent move.
