Jamestown Meadows Townhomes

I love living here, great neighbors and maintenance is quick to respond. The office staff however, are not. It’s nearly impossible to reach Brooke (the manager) or anyone else in the office. Phone calls are never answered and you have to email repeatedly for any sort of response. Fortunately I’ve only had to deal with the office twice now, when moving in (several issues) and now trying to renew my lease (three emails and one vm… still no response). This place would be five stars if they had better staff running the admin portion.

We have lived at Jamestown for almost a year now with no plans to leave. The homes themselves are beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. Lots of dogs and families on walks on the vast sidewalk systems throughout the neighborhood. Management goes the extra mile to give out little goodie bags each season. Maintenance is timely and helpful. Cannot say enough good about this place!

My husband and I have enjoyed the past two months living here since moving in! Feels safe and quiet like others have mentioned. Very convenient being so close to the highway and grocery stores, etc. I’m taking a star off though because we have put in multiple maintenance requests that don’t seem to get anybody out here. When one guy came out here, he asked my husband to get out of work to be here to help my dog to a separate space while he worked on our sink, and I feel like that’s unprofessional. It’d be appreciated if we could be told a time/day to prepare for an estimated arrival and prep in advance when it is non-urgent/routine maintenance that we request. Jamestown Meadows is the perfect place to call home! Spacious functional townhomes, attached garages, and in a very convenient location!

We found this place on the marketplace. We spoke to Brook and we met up at the condo the next day. She showed us upstairs two bedroom one bath. Master bath is a little small. The second bathroom is quite big. Main floor kitchen it’s nice size half bath is very comfortable,pantry/closet and the living room area is comfy as well. The deck is a good size we like the view it’s pretty. Basement is a good size for a spare room working area or office we like that it has washer and dryer included. We chose the two garage unite ,and glad we did they are very spacious , we have also noticed the windows are solid no wind coming through unless you open them, Doors are quite solid and floors are solid no squeaky noises that is a plus for me. We are very close to Myers and so much more. Brook was awesom
