Arbor Heights Townhouses

We have loved living here. Rent is affordable comparatively, having a large storage room is amazing, and it's great to have an attached deck right off the living room.

We lived here for 6 years and never had any issues. Office staff was quick to answer emails or questions and maintenance came quickly if there was an issue. They are slightly outdated inside, but, from what I understand, they were working on upgrading insides as they had people move out.

Great place to live and great people to work with! The unit was clean and well maintained. The office very helpful and quick to get back with me and help if I ever needed anything. They had the best management of any apartment I have lived in. I definitely recommend!

I've had a great experience living here at Royal Vista! The employees are very helpful and friendly. My apartment looked brand new when I moved in and very clean! I'm impressed with my living situation.

Arbor Heights Townhouses is a great place to live. We searched the area and found these to have the most space for the least cost. For four years the townhouse provided us a consistently upkept lawn and snow plowed parking lot, quick service when needed, and friendly staff that answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at Arbor Heights Townhouses.
