James was such an asset in the process of selling our house and buying a new home! He went above and beyond to help find HOA documentation for the sale of our old house. He was always available whenever we had questions about paperwork, had wonderful recommendations for companies for repairs, and gave great advice on small updates to make for viewings. The purchase of our new home was smooth sailing and I think he understood what we wanted more than we did! James even assisted with some maintenance issues we had AFTER all closings!
