Country Club Apartments

My mom lived here for almost 10 years after my dad passed. Putting her here was the best choice we ever made. The staff are always willing to help out in any way they can, they keep the apartments maintained, and they genuinely care about their residents. Needed to move her closer to me for health reasons, but we’ll always miss Katie, Lindsey, Ed, Rocky, Debby and everyone who went out of their way to help my mom over the years. Great place to live…don’t pass it by. Five stars aren’t really enough.

I’ve been living at Country Club Apartments for over a year now, and I absolutely love everything about this place. Their maintenance team is excellent, the cleanliness is consistently top-notch, and they do a great job during the snow season. The pool is always well-maintained with clear rules that keep everything enjoyable and safe. Regular apartment maintenance is always handled quickly and professionally. Also, their manager, Katie is incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly, highly recommended. In my opinion, this is the best apartment community to live in around Huntington and Barboursville.

I’ve lived at Country Club Apartments for over two years, and I have really enjoyed my time here! The office personnel has been wonderful, maintenance responds within 24 hours to any concerns and are always courteous, they take great care of the grounds and especially of the parking lots and roads during the winter. This past winter (2025) was awful, and I had so many friends in other complexes in Huntington who couldn’t even get out of their buildings, but I was able to make 8am classes across town on even the iciest days! The complex managers host wonderful community events once a month that are welcome to all. It’s a very safe neighborhood and nicely tucked away from any noisy major roads. I can’t recommend Country Club Apartments highly enough!!

My bathtub wasn’t draining well. Ed came soon after I reported it and took care of it. It’s draining well now. Ed’s always so kind, friendly and sincere about wanting to help. I so appreciate him!

I moved here in August 2024 and my only regret is that I didn't move here sooner. Living here has been worry- and hassle-free, with the buildings and community well-maintained, secure, and full of kind and friendly residents. Many amenities are available and accessible, which makes it even easier for this to feel like home. But what sets Country Club Apartments apart from many other options is its staff. Even before moving here, Katie was a huge help in answering my many questions, and she and Debby have remained eager to help me feel at home here. The few minor issues I've had have been addressed quickly and professionally, and Katie and Debby follow up to ensure I'm happy with the resolution or up to speed with its progress.
