Jeff Maddox is a slum Lord who doesn't maintain his property's. He overinflates his rent when he sees an opportunity. I work in the gas field and I met the previous tenant who got kicked out when Jeff Maddox heard there was a demand from us. The gentleman before me also informed me he never received deposite back from me Maddox. The deck was falling off the house when I rented it and Mr Maddox promised as soon as weather bike he was getting a new deck installed, he installed deck 6 months later after a friend of mine fell through railing. I will never recommend this scumbag of a land lord to rent anything from.

He has always done me right and the guys he has working are so nice and friendly I would recommend tc tires to everyone
