Jim came out and was very nice. But then forgot to take pictures of one of the rooms. So he had to come back a second time. Whenever he came back the second time my husband had to inform him that there was a third bathroom that he had no idea about. Once the appraisal came back we were astounded at all of the discrepancies in his report! He used comparables from 2 years back and some that weren t even listings. After consulting a local agent and another appraiser they agreed that the appraisal was just ridiculous. There was no reason to use comparables out of the past 12 months. When we provided other comps given to us he still would not change his mind. His response showed that he no idea of the area he was appraising! We said the comps we provided were located in town .
