⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From start to finish, this rental experience was absolutely top-notch! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Everything was exactly as described — and even better in person. But what really made the difference? Kaitlyn. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality made the whole process seamless. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. If you’re lucky enough to have Kaitlyn as your property manager, you’re in very good hands. Five stars without hesitation!

The staff is very friendly, professional, and quick. Maintenance tends to fix my problems the same day or next day. The complex itself is quiet and well kept.

The team at the Palms are unbelievably kind and helpful. We had an unforseen emergency with our home and needed temporary housing ASAP. They managed to pull off what we believed to be near impossible and got us an apartment in a record time. I can not stress how kind and helpful they were in our time of need. I recommend them for any of your short or long term housing needs.

Cullyn Vespo was extremely helpful and worked diligently with me during my move in process. He also made sure I received amazing move in deals . It is nice to have an individual who cares , doesnt mind answering questions, and wants to resolve any problems. This is exactly how an apartment should be ran .
