Zachary Parkside Apartment Homes in Louisiana, currently managed by Precision Management, has been extremely disappointing. The staff and management are consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. Tenant concerns are routinely ignored and rarely, if ever, addressed in a timely or meaningful manner. The property itself is in very unsanitary condition. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, Precision Management has refused to take appropriate action to resolve these issues. I have attached recent photos that clearly show the current conditions. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid renting at Zachary Parkside Homes and at any property managed by Precision Management. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and concern for tenant well-being is unacceptable.

This place deserves a .5 rating, honestly. Please, for the love of your sanity, do not rent even a chair from this place. We have a one-year lease signed with this place, and it has been a nightmare of a year. Management is difficult to work with. The apartment we rented was not clean, and 2 of the major appliances were not functioning properly, which were the washing machine and the fridge. The fridge was fixed after about a month of moving in, and the washer is still not working. Make sure that if you do rent from this place, you record EVERYTHING! I seriously cannot stress that enough.

I came on here to post a nice review and see somenegative ones. I don’t know what the negative ones are talking about! This is a nice place! Unless you are one of the “problem people” you should have a good experience here. I’m glad I moved here, and Yes I did look at the other places which were nice but over priced. I moved here for the school system. As a proud teacher of a top school in the state, I have to be comfortable where I live. I don’t want to have to move anytime within the next couple of years. I have been living here since August 2024 and have no complaints. This property has been amazing to work with and any maintenance I need is taken care quickly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE. MY A/C HAS BEEN BROKE GOING ON 3 DAYS. IT IS 87 DEGREES IN MY APT. MGMT DONT DO NOTHING BUT LIE. TRASH IS ALWAYS OVERFLOWING AND IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS THEY DO NOTHING. MY MICROWAVE HAS BEEN BROKE SINCE MAY 28TH AND YHEY HAVE NOT FIXED OR REPLACED IT. IT IS JULY 8TH
