Lots of excuses after excuses. Nothing has changed with the change in maintenance. They come to do maintenance work in the apartment only to do part of the work. They say they’ll come back tomorrow & never do. I’ve been in this supposedly newly renovated apartment since November 2024 & still have not completed all the maintenance request they promised. Every other day I go & practically beg them to complete the work they’ve started. I’m already sick & it’s tiring. Different maintenance people, same old playbook. Wait, Wait, Wait, Wait! When the least is up you’ll still have the same issues. Roaches still remain in a newly renovated apartment supposedly. Make it make sense. Nothing but excuses.
