Learn to address people with respect! Rude for no reason. My husband and I tried to acquire for an apartment and susan was nothing but rude from the start. Dont even bother with these people.

They are very rude, unprofessional people I have ever met in my life.The worst part is they don’t care because they have never tried improving.Every time I made a call was highly disappointed. I would suggest staying away from them. Again I agree to the second reviewer that they will never return your security deposit so if your one of me who was trying to save a few bucks on rents, this is a huge loss so count that in when making a decision. Not worth all the headaches and stress.

Horrible service. The ladies who answer the phones always sound like they're being inconvenienced, just to do their jobs. Work orders for apartments never get fixed in a timely matter. Make sure you keep all your documents and receipts because these people will fight you all the way up to court, knowing they're wrong, just so they can lose.

The individuals at the front desk/window are rude and disrespectful. Thank God, I don't have to reside on any of these properties. I feel the help, feels better than their occupants therefore they look down their noses when you come into the office.

To fix anything they make you give permission for when your not home instead of working with you so you can be home to watch their workcrew. 1 time they broke in without permission. STAY AWAY!! Especially if your a single female!
