We use Jack Hickman for our Beach House Rental (Henlopen Dr. South Bethany, DE) and Meredith Is sweet and such a pleasure to work with. This is a smaller Agency and gives a more personable experience vs the bigger realtors that just get you in and out. We chose Meredith to represent us after interviewing 5 other Realtors. Stealing deposit money from the students abord! Even after paying the rent they still want to take the chunk off for "electricity" from DEPOSIT! Be aware students coming from work and travel program.
