They were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and very courteous when it came to walking us through the steps we were unfamiliar with. Also the home that we ended up renting was in great shape and at a very fair price for our area. Would definitely recommend them.

I lived at one of the Rocky Mount properties for over 5 years and although I moved into a house, I was sad to leave this place. The grounds were always kept well maintained and curb appeal is everything in my opinion. I moved in during COVID and Meg made the process so easy. With all the precautions that were in place at the time, she helped put my mind at ease with assurance that I was being taken care of. If there were any maintenance concerns, there were addressed in a timely manner. Katelin always followed up to make sure they were taken care of. Cherie was also very helpful and easy to talk with when it was time to discuss lease renewal terms. This place and team will always hold a special place in my heart. I even shed a few tears closing the door for the last time before turning in

They charge you to come out, So if you have no electrical/maintenance experience do not rent… they will charge you if you make “easy” fix calls. You are responsible for replacing carpets and lightbulbs just food for thought.

Accused of smoking 2nd day in (I don’t even smoke). Raised the rent same price as pet fees on the 2nd lease for emotional support animal. Some Tenant has pit bulls they release with no lease daily. Hole in the kitchen floor took 6 months to come repair it. Out of 2 years hvac filter only replaced twice (should be every 3 months). Contracted plumber / repair men moves furniture does not put it back (tore my kids room up replacing hot water heater). Disregard to healthcare due to pesticides being used after request not to. Rusty nails/wood splinters loose posts exposed on back patio. Constant weed smells and partying. Metal stairs slippery when it rained. Ended the lease so they could renovate would not return security deposit residence had no damage and was cleaned after moving. (Picture of
