J Francis Builders

We moved into our new J Francis built home in August, and we couldn’t be happier with the home and J Francis. Once we decided on the Hartness community, I began researching the builders that were approved to build there. In less that 24 hours from the time I filled out an online information request I received a phone call from Jimmy Francis. The warmth and genuine interest in us and our desires for a new home that came through on that phone call were clear throughout the building process. Jimmy has assembled a team of professionals, subcontractors, vendors and associated firms that all reflect the attention to detail and extraordinary service that is a hallmark of his business. Our Project Manager was over-the-top terrific. He accommodated our every request no matter how big our small.

Kelly and I have been extremely satisfied with every aspect of our building experience with JFB. From our first consult to getting a finished home Jimmy Zach and team went over and above to make sure we an active partner in every step. Where we lacked expertise, they provided every resource we needed to make informed decisions. They never made us feel we were just another customer. My wife, Marilyn, and I are very happy that we chose JFrancis Builders to build our new home in the Hartness Community. We are recently retired and were uncertain whether we wanted to build again having already been through prior builds in 2 other states. We couldn’t be happier with our new house built by Jimmy and his team! From design through the punch list everything was handled expertly and efficiently. Zach, is very good at handling the details of design to expenditures. He always knew where we were and how much we were spending. We could not have found a construction manager better than Jesse. No matter what came up, he was on it and handled it professionally. Kevin did a nice job with some of of our punch list items. Jimmy is probably one of the most congenial people and wants everything to go perfect for your build. We highly recommend Jimmy’s J Francis Builders!
