I'm not happy here. I was told that my unit was ready however my window were leaking, the basement leaking and I have had my kitchen window boarded up since before Christmas. I thought I was getting a decent place to stay while they charge $1300 and up for rent. A breach of contract😞

I was denied for not have a score on my credit report. I am disabled and received Disability Benefits. Seniors and Disabled person with no credit history will be denied because of credit Score. I highly recommend Seniors and Disabled people don't apply for a unit in this development.You must have a credit Score of 600 or more a zero credit Score will be be accepted don't wait your time and money for a $50.00 Background Check. You must call 311 or 211 for help with find housing the Mayor office of Disability will help you. If I was denied for a unit you will be denied this isn't Discrimination in Housing. I have a CHAC Housing Choice Voucher for 1Bedroom Apartment .

Worse people to ever rent from they are money hungry raise your rent every yr out dated everything don't wanna work on anything the basement leaks bad neighbors and they on lot worry bout when you gone pay rent while fighting for your life in that complex

I was referred to Ivy Park Homes by a close friend. The process was smooth and Peaches was very efficient while maintaining the highest level of respect for me. As I transitioned into this apt I was greeted with kindness and care and I enjoy living here. The apt was beautifully decorated and when repairs were needed, the maintenance staff came right away. Peaches was down to earth, friendly, and very professional. She checks on tenants assuring their stay is going well.
