Warm introduction and rapid enrollment - Then I killed nearly fifteen bugs at the first night, including scutigers, roaches, centipedes, etc. I also surprised an ant hole at the bathroom. The process of subletting is also difficult, thanks to stubborn staff. If you are somehow forced to try Ivy apartments, choose other accommodations on the menu.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The only thing good about this place is the location. I have been a resident for LESS than ONE MONTH and moved out because they have a HUGE PEST INFESTATION ISSUE (ROACHES, CENTIPEDES, FLIES). Then they expect you to still pay your rent until someone moves into your unit or you pay this ridiculous buy-out fee. If they treated me this way and I am a disabled United Stated Army Veteran they could care less about anyone else. Even spoke to other tenants and they too have pest issues. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE. DAILY ROACH ACTIVITY!!!! DISGUISED AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
