Mason was very good at what he does. Rarely you will find someone that will actually be helpful and to a potential client. He had a lot of great information and if he didn't know he'd tell you and use his experience to get what he needed to explain across. He doesn't try to sell you on the snake oil he is honest and genuine.

If I could give Ivory zero or negative stars I would. We put some earnest money down on a spec home that was supposedly almost done. Our fault that we did not consult our agent before we put $5,000 down- lesson learned. We asked if something did not work out would we be out our earnest money. The Ivory agent said that should not be a problem and we will work with you. Famous last words. We asked if the house would be done end of August, first of September which is what was presented to us when we put money down in July. Fast forward, permanent power was not even run and the community was being built with generators. The time came and we kept being jerked around on the move in date. Plus we asked for a couple of small changes and was told once again that should not be a problem before we ga

This dude list a mobile home park that is on private land as his model home lol. That's hilarious that you think you're gonna tear.down those moble homes that are on private property.
