EXECUTIVE SUMMARY It would be a mistake to buy a home built by Itani Quality Homes (IQH) without having very careful and thorough inspections by professionals, otherwise you are taking a potentially costly gamble. IQH is not a member of the Better Business Bureau; to become accredited, a business must agree to BBB Standards for Trust and pass the BBB's vetting process. The problem?
