I’m writing this review as a response to a phone called I tried to have with an Andy Pearlman Regarding something that happened at one of the plaza he “manages”. Long story short, items were stolen out the back on mg vehicle. I went to the businesses the next business day to ask them about cameras and the people stated “ we have them but doubt they work”. I then called a number to the “senior property manager”. Ha what I got was a rude man who answered the phone stating he was Andy’s boss. When I was trying to explain what happened he states “ Bealls is not part of the plaza I manage” I then went on to ask him about cameras ( which don’t work) as he told me in as rudely as possible. I then told him there are a lot of homeless people that hang out in your plaza and it may start deterring

Great people to have as a landlord, I have been with them for almost 10 years and I am very happy. The reason I am writing this review after 10 years is because of last weeks flooding. The way they handled the situation and had their property manager on site to help us was exceptional. I never thought our landlord would go so much out of their way just to help us.

Fernando arias in boynton beach is a liar, is very rude, and will be hearing from me through every possible Avenue. Being threatened by an angry property manager over a parking situation of which I have a right to park.

Completely unprofessional property manager Andy Pearlman. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. Most reviews here are saying the same thing. I guess there is no motivation to improve their services.

The reviews about their property manager Andrew Pearlman are very accurate. Do yourself a favor and work with Benderson or anyone else besides Isram realty.
