Nikkyta has been fantastic to work with. Move-in was coordinated well and seamless. Have lived here for 5 months now and had minimal issues. If any apartment issues have come up, maintenance has been quick to fix it.

We went to rent an apartment at Three Islands and were assisted by Nikky. She is incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful, and she had so much patience with us throughout the entire process. I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this community. The staff is always professional, kind, and ready to help. I especially want to recognize Cherise, the assistant manager, for always being attentive, approachable, and going above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Also, a big thank you to Yoendi from maintenance—he is reliable, efficient, and always does his job with a great attitude. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, he has responded quickly and made sure everything was done right. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care provided here. This is a great place to live!
