Clean property, quiet environment, located perfectly, and a great property management team. Giselle is responsive, willing, and overall super helpful with a positive attitude. Drago is the perfect partner, he is also very helpful, great attitude and always willing to help solve any problem, no matter the size. 10/10

Living at 215 Park was truly a wonderful experience! The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the community is peaceful and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Giselle, the property manager—she is absolutely amazing! Always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made our time there feel like home and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We were very sad to leave, and the only reason we moved out was because my daughter got accepted into a university-based high school, which required us to relocate to a different county. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed much longer. I highly recommend 215 Park to anyone looking for a great place to live with top-notch management!

Even though I opted for a different spot due to commute, I was impressed by the spacious and light filled homes in this perfectly located community, and most of all by the kindness and professionalism of their representative Giselle. Highly recommend checking out 215 Park if you’re looking for a tranquil, modern, and fairly priced rental.

We have lived in this great complex since it first opened, and I honestly have nothing but positive experiences to share. Giselle, our property manager, is absolutely exceptional. She is incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to assist residents with any needs we may have. In addition to her, there is a dedicated on-site team that is always available. There's the YMCA membership, the place itself is super safe, situated near the police department and a nice park, perfect for families. It’s a great environment for raising a family, with everything you need nearby. Plus, access to the I-95 is super easy, and it is right on Biscayne Boulevard. I totally recommend this place!
